Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including processing transactions at POS and handling merchandise for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients
- Maintain and update accurate clientele information and customer relationship data
- Support digital selling initiatives and manage social media presence
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and fitting areas maintain appropriate cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail experience
- Ability to work flexible scheduling requirements

Experience
2+ years of experience in fashion retail or luxury customer-facing environments, with demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and technology platforms.
Education
