Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Stylists in preparing and executing client appointments, including merchandising, fitting-room readiness and POS transactions.
- Manage post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, alterations coordination and client correspondence such as thank-you notes.
- Maintain and update accurate client records and appointment schedules to support top-client gifting and experiential initiatives.
- Assist with digital selling activities and contribute to Social media presence to extend client engagement beyond the store.
- Process Fashionphile Service transactions and ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock; uphold fitting-room cleanliness through liaison with housekeeping and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience using technology and digital tools in a retail or client-facing environment.
- Prior fashion retail experience with strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by store operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail when maintaining client records.

Experience
At least 2 years of client-facing or retail experience with demonstrable comfort using retail technology and digital selling channels; prior work supporting stylists or personal shoppers preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certificate in fashion, merchandising or retail management preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.90 to USD 22.39 per hour.
