Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Perform post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you communications.
- Manage appointment scheduling, gifting projects and bespoke client experiences for top clients.
- Enter, update and maintain accurate clientele records and CRM data.
- Assist with digital selling initiatives and maintaining a social media presence to engage clients.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms and client areas are maintained with housekeeping/maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience using technology and digital tools in a retail or client-facing context.
- Prior fashion retail experience with demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and during special events.
- Comfortable working on-site and via online platforms; able to support remote selling activities.
- Proficiency operating store POS and maintaining accurate client and transaction records.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience using digital tools in a retail environment and prior fashion retail or clienteling experience supporting stylists or sales advisors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
