Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client selling appointments, both in-person and virtually.
- Process transactions at the point-of-sale and handle merchandise processing for services such as Fashionphile.
- Perform post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, managing alterations and sending thank-you notes.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting projects and curated experiences for top clients.
- Enter, update and maintain accurate client records and profiling data.
- Support digital selling activities and contribute to social media presence as directed.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are maintained in partnership with housekeeping and facilities services.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience using technology and digital tools in a retail environment.
- Previous fashion retail experience with demonstrable client-facing service skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication, discretion and a client-focused demeanour.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently.

Minimum of 2 years experience using retail technology and digital tools; proven background in fashion retail or personal-styling support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certification in fashion, retail or client services is a plus.
