Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operational tasks to support sales and customer experience, reporting to the RPSO Manager.
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and back‑stocking.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders; manage order fulfillment workflows.
- Merchandise product on the sales floor under the guidance of Managers and Visual teams; set sale events and signage to maintain presentation standards.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, mark‑outs and manage damaged goods as part of inventory control processes.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory flow and accessibility.
- Support set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations.
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and collaborate with store leads and managers with a "win together" mentality.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required by role.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of hands‑on retail experience, ideally including stockroom operations, merchandise processing, and order fulfillment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
