Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for the selling floor.
- Place and present merchandise on the sales floor in accordance with visual standards.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards through regular floor recovery and replenishment.
- Support store projects and provide fill-in coverage across merchandising and supply tasks as needed.
- Locate merchandise within the store and complete customer orders and fulfillment requests promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond quickly to client needs.
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the Merchandise Operations Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move cartons, racks and carts of merchandise (up to 50 pounds) and to climb ladders safely.
- Proficient with store technology including RF guns, PC and iOS devices; working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated attention to visual merchandising and the ability to sustain placement standards.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with store business needs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles when required (select doors only).

Experience
Entry-level role; retail merchandising, stockroom or fulfillment experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated reliability in fast-paced retail settings is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
