Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and stage inbound and outbound freight; perform merchandise transfers and process returns according to store procedures.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock replenishment to ensure inventory availability and presentation standards.
- Perform price changes, reticketing and signage placement; move product once marked and ensure planogram compliance under manager and visual direction.
- Manage damages, mark-outs and related inventory control activities to support loss-prevention and shrink-reduction goals.
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations, complying with brand visual and operational standards.
- Follow dock and store safety procedures at all times and assist leads/managers with daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate across merchandising, visual and sales teams to prioritize competing tasks and maintain service levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required for the role.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with a collaborative, "win together" mindset.
- Familiarity with standard inventory control practices and safe dock/warehouse procedures.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience; prior exposure to stockroom operations, order fulfillment or merchandise processing preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certificates in retail operations, logistics or supply-chain fundamentals are a plus.
