Neiman Marcus in Dallas seeks a part-time Merchandise Operations Associate. Hourly $17.05–$21.32; supports merchandise processing, fulfilment and floor presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise, unpack shipments and prepare stock for selling floor placement.
- Execute merchandise placement and presentation in accordance with visual standards and floor plans.
- Support order fulfilment by locating requested merchandise and completing customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc merchandising tasks.
- Operate RF guns and other retail technologies to support inventory accuracy and fulfilment workflows.
- Provide attentive customer service while responding quickly to client requests and store needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using RF guns, PC and iOS devices; familiarity with Excel and Word and various proprietary retail platforms.
- Flexible availability to work store hours as business needs require.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required (per local policy).
Skills
Experience
Prior retail, stockroom or merchandising experience preferred; experience with order fulfilment and RF inventory systems is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
