Neiman Marcus (Beverly Hills) seeks an Operations Support Associate to manage stocking, receiving and order fulfillment. $19–21/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and transfer inbound and outbound freight; maintain accurate handling of merchandise.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders to meet fulfillment SLAs.
- Maintain merchandise standards through price changes, reticketing and product moves.
- Manage stockroom organization, back-stocking and inventory control processes (damages, mark-outs, out-of-stocks).
- Support merchandising and visual teams to set sales events, signage and product displays.
- Assist with setup and teardown of in-store events and activations.
- Follow dock and store safety procedures and support store leaders to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required by role.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated teamwork mindset and ability to prioritize competing operational tasks.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience handling stockroom operations, merchandising support or fulfillment activities in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or retail/merchandising training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 21 per hour.
