Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; perform transfers and merchandise movement to maintain store flow.
- Pick, pack and ship e-commerce and store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain backstock and stockroom organization, including routine inventory control, reticketing and damage processing.
- Execute merchandise placements, signage and sale-event setups under guidance from Visual Merchandising and Store Leadership.
- Support set-up and take-down for in-store events and activations and adhere to dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage competing tasks and a collaborative "win together" mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to receiving, stocking, order fulfillment or inventory processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
