Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and inspect inbound merchandise, preparing items for placement on the selling floor
- Process and prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center
- Complete daily inventory control operations and reconciliations
- Execute merchandise price changes and ticketing as directed
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and receiving spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, stockroom, or receiving roles
- Ability to use retail systems and mobile technologies
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs, and safely lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, stockroom, or receiving environments within retail or similar logistics settings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
