Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Complete daily inventory control operations and reconciliation
- Execute merchandise price changes and ticket updates as required
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout all work areas
- Support operational efficiency during peak seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or retail logistics roles
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
