Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound merchandise, including transfers and freight processing.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in‑store customer orders; support e‑commerce fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain merchandise presentation standards through price changes, reticketing, signage placement and promotional set‑ups.
- Manage backstocking and maintain organized, audit‑ready stockroom conditions.
- Support visual merchandising and the set‑up/take‑down of in‑store events and activations under manager guidance.
- Perform inventory control tasks including mark‑outs, damage processing and out‑of‑stock handling.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and assist leads and managers with daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility to balance competing tasks and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
