Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, sort and process inbound and outbound freight; handle merchandise transfers and related documentation.
- Pick, pack and fulfill online and in-store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock procedures to sustain inventory accuracy and visual standards.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage in accordance with store standards.
- Identify and process damaged goods, mark out-of-stock items and support inventory control workflows.
- Support Visual and Store Management with set-up and take-down for in-store events, activations and sales fixtures.
- Follow dock and store safety procedures and assist leads/managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and support cross-functional store teams.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, with hands-on exposure to receiving, stocking or order fulfillment operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
