Neiman Marcus in Bal Harbour, FL seeks a Merchandising Operations Associate for receiving, stocking and order fulfillment. $17.05–$21.32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and organize inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and merchandise handling.
- Pick, pack, and ship online and store customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Complete merchandise placements, pricing changes and reticketing to maintain visual and merchandising standards.
- Perform inventory control tasks including mark-outs, damages processing, and restocking/backstock organization.
- Support set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations under guidance from Managers and Visual teams.
- Maintain stockroom organization and adhere to dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and collaborate within a team-oriented, "win together" culture.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience with hands-on merchandise handling, receiving, inventory control or order fulfillment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
