Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders in a timely manner
- Ensure merchandise placement and display standards are followed throughout the store
- Execute merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes including mark-downs and out-of-stock handling
- Maintain backstock organization, stockroom cleanliness, and merchandise standards
- Support Visual team with merchandise product setup, sale event displays, and signage installation under manager guidance
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities with collaborative teamwork
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Experience
1+ years of retail experience, with demonstrated success in merchandise operations, receiving, or fulfillment-related roles. Experience in luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or supply chain education is beneficial but not required.
