Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight in coordination with team leadership
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to visual standards and store guidelines
- Process merchandise price changes, reticket items, update signage, and manage mark-downs under manager guidance
- Manage stockroom organization, backstock rotation, damages documentation, and related inventory control processes
- Support the setup and takedown of in-store events, seasonal activations, and promotional displays
- Maintain adherence to all safety procedures on dock areas and throughout operational zones
- Assist leads and managers with flexible task prioritization to support store profitability and customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with a collaborative mindset
