Neiman Marcus is hiring a Merchandise Operations Associate in St. Louis, MO ($17.05–$21.32/hr). Manage inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute merchandise placements to ensure compliance with company merchandising standards
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control procedures including damage assessment and out-of-stock markings
- Maintain stockroom organization, back-stocking protocols, and overall stockroom maintenance
- Support merchandise set-up under manager and visual merchandising guidance, ensuring proper placement and signage standards
- Coordinate setup and takedown of in-store events and activation displays
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
