Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Perform merchandise placements and ensure adherence to merchandise presentation standards
- Process price changes, reticketing, and damage assessments with related inventory control procedures
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of back stock areas and stockroom
- Support visual merchandising efforts and sale event set-ups under manager and visual team direction
- Set up and take down in-store events and activations as directed
- Follow all safety protocols on dock and work areas
- Assist store leads and managers with competing operational priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail or warehouse operations experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
