Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight including transfers and back‑stocking.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in‑store customer orders; support order fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain stockroom organization and execute inventory control processes such as reticketing, damage processing and mark‑outs.
- Execute merchandise placements and signage changes in alignment with visual merchandising standards.
- Support set‑up and teardown of in‑store events and activations under manager and visual direction.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and assist leads and managers with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail or store operations experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stair climbing and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a ‘win together’ attitude and ability to follow manager and visual direction.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on retail or store operations experience, preferably including stockroom, receiving or fulfillment responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
