Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers with merchandise handling, transfers, and freight processing
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Maintain merchandise organization standards and execute product placements throughout the store
- Process merchandise price changes and reticketing; position and sign product accordingly
- Manage reticketing, damages, mark-downs, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain back stock organization and stockroom cleanliness and efficiency
- Merchandise product, set sales events and signage under Visual and Manager direction while adhering to brand standards
- Support setup and teardown of in-store events and promotional activations
- Adhere to all safety protocols on dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to multitask with flexibility and demonstrate a collaborative team mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

1+ years of retail experience required. Candidates should demonstrate experience with merchandise operations, inventory management, and customer-facing retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no college degree required.
