Neiman Marcus in San Francisco seeks a part-time Merchandise Operations Associate to manage receiving, fulfillment and stockroom operations. Hourly pay $19.61–$24.51.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound freight, including receiving, transfers and merchandise processing to support store inventory flow.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store orders; manage order fulfillment and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and back-stock processes to ensure rapid replenishment and inventory integrity.
- Execute price changes, reticketing, signage and merchandise moves in accordance with visual and operational standards.
- Perform inventory-control tasks such as marking damages, marking out-of-stock items and supporting cycle counts.
- Assist with merchandising under direction of Managers and Visual Merchandising, including event setups and take-downs.
- Adhere to dock and workplace safety procedures and support store operational initiatives that enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or store operations experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands-on retail experience with exposure to receiving, stockroom management, merchandising support and order fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certifications in retail operations, logistics or supply-chain fundamentals considered a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
