Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Ensure merchandise placement and compliance with merchandise standards and guidelines
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and mark-outs of damaged or obsolete stock
- Maintain back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes
- Merchandise products and support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations under manager guidance
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative work mentality
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1+ year of retail experience in a fast-paced operational or customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
