Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operational duties to support sales and the customer experience under the direction of leads and managers.
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and backstocking.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; manage order fulfillment workflows.
- Perform merchandise placements and maintain visual standards in coordination with Visual/merchandising teams.
- Perform price changes, reticketing and move product once marked; manage damages and mark-outs as part of inventory control.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory and efficient replenishment.
- Support set-up and take-down for in-store events and activations.
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility managing competing tasks with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience with hands-on involvement in stocking, inventory handling or order fulfillment in a store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
