Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; execute transfers and maintain accurate shipment/receiving procedures.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; support omnichannel fulfillment to meet service standards.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock procedures; perform inventory control tasks (reticketing, mark-outs, damage handling).
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes and signage under direction of managers and visual merchandisers to uphold presentation standards.
- Support the set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations; assist store leadership with daily operational priorities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols on the dock and throughout store work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated collaborative "win together" attitude and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally including back-of-house, inventory or fulfillment responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
