Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and merchandise handling, including transfers and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to company merchandising standards
- Perform price changes, reticketing, and signage updates as directed by management
- Manage inventory control processes including reticketing, damage reporting, and stock adjustments
- Maintain organized and well-maintained backstock areas and stockroom infrastructure
- Merchandise products and assist with setting sale events and signage under manager guidance
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage competing priorities with a collaborative mindset
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Capacity for standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying items up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
