Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain merchandise placement standards and ensure proper organization of product displays
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and damage assessments with attention to detail
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-store events and seasonal activations under manager guidance
- Adhere to all safety protocols on the dock and throughout the store environment
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and sale event signage installation as directed by managers
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail or warehouse operations experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, and climb stairs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as required by business needs
