Neiman Marcus Northbrook (IL) seeks a part-time Merchandise Operations Associate. Hourly pay $17.90–$22.39; responsible for receiving, stocking and fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and stock replenishment.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; support order fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain stockroom organization, back stock processes and inventory hygiene.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage under manager/visual guidance to uphold merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory control tasks including damage handling, mark-outs and stock accuracy procedures.
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations.
- Adhere to dock and in-store safety procedures and manual handling requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing stairs) and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays according to business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and collaborate in a team-focused environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably including stockroom, receiving or fulfillment responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or vocational training in retail, logistics or supply-chain operations is a plus.
