Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and merchandise handling, including transfers and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and care
- Ensure merchandise placement and pricing standards are maintained throughout the store
- Execute price changes, reticketing, and mark-outs while managing damages and inventory control processes
- Maintain organized backstock and stockroom areas according to operational standards
- Merchandise products and set sale events and signage under managerial direction, ensuring visual standards are met
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas; assist with dock operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally with exposure to merchandise operations, stockroom management, or related fulfillment functions.
Education
High school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalent preferred; additional retail certifications or training a plus.
