Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate (part-time) — hourly $19.61–$24.51 — supporting stock, fulfillment and visual setups.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, maintaining accurate transfers and inventory records.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders, ensuring timeliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, back-stock replenishment and general merchandise housekeeping.
- Execute price changes, reticketing, markdowns, damage control and other inventory-control tasks.
- Support merchandising sets, sale events, signage and visual standards under the direction of managers and visual merchandising.
- Assist with set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations and follow dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably with stockroom, receiving or fulfillment responsibilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and collaborate with store teams.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, ideally with exposure to stockroom operations, receiving, inventory control or order fulfilment in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
