Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in-store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to established merchandise standards and visual guidelines
- Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes including damages and mark-downs
- Maintain stockroom organization, back-stocking operations, and inventory accuracy
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
- Assist with product merchandising and sale event signage under the direction of managers and visual merchandisers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Experience
1+ years of retail experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
