Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and freight processing for inbound and outbound shipments
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and in-store customer orders with accuracy
- Maintain merchandise placement standards and ensure proper product positioning throughout the stockroom and store
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory adjustments including damaged goods and out-of-stock notifications
- Organize and maintain the back stockroom with systematic inventory control and accessibility
- Merchandise product under visual guidance and assist with setup and takedown of sales events and in-store activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on the dock and in all work areas

- Minimum 1+ year of retail or merchandise operations experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds regularly
