Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure compliance with established merchandise standards
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control procedures
- Maintain backstock organization, stockroom cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- Support visual merchandising and set sale events and signage under manager guidance
- Set up and dismantle in-store events and promotional activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry items up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
