Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate (onsite). Hourly $17.05–$21.32; supports stocking, fulfillment and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations tasks to support sales and profitability, reporting to the RPSO Manager.
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and backstocking.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and inventory control: reticketing, price changes, marking out damages and updating stock records.
- Merchandise product on the sales floor and set promotional signage under direction of Visual and Store Management.
- Support set-up and teardown of in-store events and activations, maintaining visual and operational standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and within store work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on retail experience supporting store operations, stockroom activities, or fulfillment functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
