Neiman Marcus seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate to support store operations through stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role is responsible for inbound/outbound freight processing, online and store order fulfillment, merchandise pricing and reticketing, stockroom organization, and coordination of in-store events and activations. The position reports to the RPSO Manager and works within a Neiman Marcus store location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to merchandising standards
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and mark-out-of-stock procedures
- Maintain organized and well-maintained stockroom environments through backstocking and inventory control
- Merchandise product and set sale events and signage under manager and visual merchandising guidance
- Support setup and teardown of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout assigned work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail operations or warehouse experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with a collaborative team mindset
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

1+ year of retail or warehouse operations experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
