Neiman Marcus (Fort Worth) hiring a Merchandise Operations Associate (part-time, onsite) to support receiving, fulfillment and stockroom operations. $17.05–$21.32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; perform transfers and merchandise processing.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Execute merchandise placements and maintain visual and inventory standards under manager and visual team guidance.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, mark-outs and other inventory-control tasks; record and process damages and out-of-stock items.
- Organize and maintain backstock and the stockroom to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and assist leads/managers in daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, with demonstrated ability in stocking, fulfillment, or related store operations.
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds when required.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

Experience
At least one year of retail or store operations experience, preferably with hands-on experience in receiving, stockroom management, order fulfillment, or merchandising support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
