Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and support leads and managers.
- Handle merchandise, process transfers, and process inbound and outbound freight.
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in-store customer orders.
- Place merchandise to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
- Process price changes and reticket merchandise; sign and move products once marked.
- Handle reticketing, damages, out-of-stocks, and related inventory control processes.
- Manage back stock and maintain stockroom organization.
- Under the guidance of managers and Visual, merchandise products and set up sale events and signage in accordance with standards.
- Support the setup and teardown of in-store events and activations.
- Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
- Perform operational daily tasks that support store sales and profitability and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Flexibility in managing competing tasks and a “win together” mentality.
- Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite.
- Some roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
