Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and merchandise inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Execute price changes, reticketing, marking and movement of product to maintain visual and merchandising standards.
- Perform inventory control tasks including damage processing, marking out-of-stock items and backstock maintenance.
- Support visual merchandising managers with in-store event set-up/take-down and signage placement.
- Adhere to all dock and store safety procedures and support loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required by role.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and support store leadership.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience; hands-on experience with stockroom operations, merchandising or order fulfillment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply-chain operations is a plus.
