Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Ensure merchandise standards are followed through proper placement and organization
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and product repositioning once marked for sale
- Execute reticketing, damage processing, mark-downs, and inventory control procedures
- Maintain back-stock areas, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy
- Merchandise products and set sale events and signage under guidance of managers and visual merchandising teams
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or warehouse experience
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
