Neiman Marcus Dallas seeks a full-time Merchandise Operations Associate — $17.05–$21.32/hr. Onsite role supporting stocking, fulfillment and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and organize inbound and outbound freight; handle merchandise transfers and related documentation.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders to meet service and accuracy standards.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock processes to support replenishment and store presentation.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage under manager and Visual guidance.
- Perform inventory-control tasks including mark-outs, damage processing and out-of-stock adjustments.
- Support set-up and tear-down for in-store events and activations, ensuring brand presentation standards are met.
- Follow dock and in-store safety procedures and participate in loss-prevention and quality controls.
- Assist leads and managers with daily operational priorities that support store sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stair-climbing and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Demonstrated collaborative 'win together' mentality and capacity to manage competing operational tasks.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required; prior exposure to stockroom operations, order fulfillment, inventory control or distribution preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework in retail, logistics or supply-chain operations is a plus.
