Neiman Marcus (Dallas) is hiring a Merchandise Operations Associate — onsite role, $17.05–$21.32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound merchandise, including transfers and freight processing.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; support order fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock procedures to ensure inventory accessibility and accuracy.
- Perform merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage to uphold visual and merchandising standards.
- Support set-up and tear-down for in-store events and activations under direction from Managers and Visual teams.
- Follow dock and workplace safety procedures and assist leads and managers with daily store operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage competing priorities and a collaborative, 'win together' mentality.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required by role.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required; previous exposure to stockroom operations, inventory control and order fulfillment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
