Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and support leads and managers.
- Handle merchandise, process transfers, and receive and dispatch inbound and outbound freight.
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in-store customer orders.
- Place merchandise in accordance with merchandise standards.
- Process price changes and reticket merchandise; sign and move products after marking.
- Reticket merchandise, process damages and out-of-stocks, and perform related inventory control tasks.
- Back-stock merchandise and organize and maintain the stockroom.
- Under the guidance of managers and Visual, merchandise products and set up sale events and signage while ensuring standards are followed.
- Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
- Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Flexibility in managing competing tasks and a “win together” mentality.
- Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite.
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
