Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and ensure accurate placement and presentation on the selling floor according to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain on‑floor merchandising standards and execute replenishment, floor recovery and supply restocking as directed.
- Locate and retrieve merchandise to fulfill customer orders and complete in‑store requests in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt, professional customer service when interacting with clients or store teams to address needs and queries.
- Support ad hoc store projects and provide operational cover across merchandise functions as required by the Merchandise Operations Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate racks and carts, and climb ladders safely.
- Proven ability to adhere to visual merchandising and placement standards.
- Proficiency with store technology, including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word and proprietary retail platforms.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with store business needs and reliably complete assigned tasks.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle when required (select doors only).
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; previous experience in retail stockroom, merchandising or order fulfillment is preferred. Experience using inventory systems, RF scanners or other store technology is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
