Neiman Marcus Boca Raton seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate — onsite, hourly $17.05–$21.32; supports stock, fulfillment and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and merchandise movement.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, backstocking and inventory control procedures including reticketing, damage handling and marking out-of-stock items.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes and signage under guidance from Visual and Management to uphold presentation standards.
- Support set-up and tear-down for in-store events and activations.
- Follow all dock and store safety protocols and assist leads and managers with daily operational tasks to support sales and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year retail experience.
- Flexible availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Demonstrated teamwork mindset and ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in stockroom operations, receiving, shipping or order fulfillment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or logistics certifications are a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
