Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Process fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing, and signage to ensure compliance with merchandise standards
- Manage backstock, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes including damage documentation and out-of-stock marking
- Support merchandise product setup under manager and visual guidance, including sale events and signage installation
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-store events and seasonal activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
