Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute merchandise placements to ensure compliance with brand standards and visual guidelines
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and mark-out-of-stock inventory control processes
- Maintain backstock organization, merchandise processing, and stockroom cleanliness and safety
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and seasonal activations under management direction
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

Experience
1+ year of retail experience in merchandise operations, warehouse, or order fulfillment environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
