Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; ensure accurate transfers and processing of merchandise.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store orders to meet fulfillment SLAs and customer expectations.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and backstock; perform regular inventory control tasks including reticketing, marking out damaged items and resolving discrepancies.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes and signage under direction of managers and Visual team to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Support set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations as required.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and assist leads and managers with daily operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably with stockroom, receiving or fulfillment responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated teamwork orientation and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience with direct exposure to receiving, stocking, inventory processes or order fulfillment; experience in luxury retail or multi‑brand environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
