Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain merchandise placement standards and execute price changes, reticketing, and signage updates
- Process inventory control activities including reticketing, damage documentation, and mark-outs of discontinued stock
- Organize and maintain backstock areas and stockroom spaces to support efficient merchandise retrieval
- Merchandise product displays and set up sale events and signage under guidance of managers and visual merchandising leadership
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and across all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in managing competing priorities with a collaborative team mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to perform functions including standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business need

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience demonstrating hands-on involvement in store operations, merchandise handling, or fulfillment functions. Experience in a luxury retail environment is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal post-secondary education required.
