Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; execute merchandise transfers and backstock replenishment.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders to meet fulfilment standards and delivery timelines.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes and reticketing to ensure visual and merchandising standards are maintained.
- Perform inventory-control tasks including mark-outs, damage processing and stockroom organisation.
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations and assist Visual Merchandising under manager direction.
- Follow all dock and store safety procedures and assist leads and managers with daily operational tasks to support sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail or store operations experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility with competing priorities and a collaborative "win together" mentality.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds when required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

At least one year of retail or store operations experience, including hands-on work with receiving, stocking, order fulfilment and basic inventory control.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
