The associate handles merchandise transfers, processes inbound/outbound freight, fulfills online and in-store orders, maintains stockroom organization, and assists with event setup and merchandising under the direction of store management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements to ensure compliance with display standards
- Perform price changes, reticketing, and mark-outs of stock items
- Maintain backstock, organize and maintain stockroom areas
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and promotional activations
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage competing priorities
- Capable of working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
